Upacara bendera, dengan pembina upacara Kepala SMPN 30 Bandung Ibu Harlina, S.Pd.,M.M. beliau membacakan sambutan Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan, setelah upacara selesai dilanjutkan dengan pembukaan Pengenalan Lingkungan Sekolah yang ditndai dengan pengalungan tanda peserta kepada perwakilan kelas 7
